چکیده
|
Objectivewe aimed to report a case with the right ventricular perforation caused by pacemaker lead.casewe reported a 75 years old male with the perforation of free wall rupture of right ventricular during the implantation of pace-maker lead.conclusionwe treated the cardiac rupture after median sternotomy by pushing the lead back and sutured through a surgical pledged in beating heart.
