|
In this study, the amounts of vitamin a, vitamin e and vitamin c in rumex acetosella l. plant samples which are consumed densely were determined by using high performance liquid chromatography. according to the obtained results, amounts of vitamin a, vitamin e and vitamin c in leaf of rumex acetosella l. plants have been determined to be varied over the ranges of 4,12±0,79 – 12,84±2,20 μg/g; 14,93±2,90 – 27,20±3,40 μg/g and 206,70±19,50 – 268,8±24,2 μg/g respectively. it may be concluded from the results that, the rumex acetosella l. reaches in terms of amount of vitamin a, vitamin e and vitamin c. although the vitamin contents of the rumex acetosella l. varies from the region to region.
