تبیین مقیاس و مدل کلی محله متشکل از واحدهای همسایگی از منظر اسلامی

یکی از اصول مهم معماری و شهرسازی اسلامی، اصل محله محوری است که عدم توجه به این مهم، سبب بروز مسائل مختلفی در نظام اجتماعی کالبدی شهرهای معاصر ایران اعم از افزایش بار ترافیکی شهر به دلیل مراجعات فرا محلی و مسائل زیست محیطی حاصل از آن و غیره شده است. لازمه حل این مسائل، احیاء مجدد اصل محله محوری در شهرهای معاصر است اما مقدمه این مهم، تبیین چیستیِ محله از منظر اسلامی است که بخشی از این موضوع، به تبیین شاخصه های عددی محله و به ویژه مساحت آن مربوط می شود. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش استدلال منطقی و با استناد به متون و منابع دینی، سعی بر استنباط الگوی مطلوب معماری محله بر اساس حداکثر اندازه مطلوب آن از منظر اسلامی است. بر اساس یافته های این پژوهش، یک محله مطلوب از منظر اسلامی محله ای است با مرکزیت مسجد محله با حداکثر 160 پلاک مسکونی در چهار سمت مسجد (در هر سمت حداکثر تا 40 پلاک)، با حداکثر مساحت تقریبیِ 20 هکتار و حداکثر تراکم ناخالص مسکونی 80 نفر در هکتار.

An analysis of neighborhood architecture based on the maximum desired size of the neighborhood from the perspective of religious texts

One of the important principles of Islamic architecture and urban planning is the neighborhoodcenteredness which lack of attention to this important principle has caused various problems in the physical social system of contemporary cities in Iran, including increasing the traffic load of the city due to translocal traffic and environmental issues resulting from it and so on.Resolving these issues requires reviving the principle of neighborhoodcenteredness in contemporary cities, but the premise of this is to explain what the neighborhood is from Islamic perspective which part of this issue is related to explaining the numerical characteristics of the neighborhood and especially its area.In this research, using the logicalargumentative research and citing religious texts and sources, an attempt has been made to deduce the optimal pattern of neighborhood architecture based on its maximum desired size from Islamic perspective.According to the findings of this study, a desirable neighborhood from Islamic perspective is a neighborhood with the center of the mosque with a maximum of 160 houses on four sides of the mosque (up to 40 on each side) and with a maximum area of 200000 square meters.
