ارزیابی مفاهیم اسلامی طراحی مسکن، با هدف بازآفرینی در مسکن معاصر

نیاز به مسکن یکی از اساسی‌ترین نیازهای بشری است. طبق اصل سی و یک قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، مسکن مناسب حق هر شخص و خانواده ایرانی است؛ که در آن شاخص‌های کیفی مسکن، همواره به‌عنوان حساس‌ترین ابزار برنامه‌ریزی مسکن محسوب می‌شوند. به عبارتی طرح خانه‌ی مسلمان باید به صورتی باشد که امکان رشد و تعالی فرد، خانواده و جامعه را بر اساس عقاید اسلامی فراهم آورد. در این راستا دین مبین اسلام اصول راهنمایی را در جهت تحقق کیفیت مسکن مطلوب ارائه داده است.پژوهش با هدف پاسخگویی به این پرسش اساسی است که چه شاخص‌های کیفی معماری که متضمن ارزش‌های اسلامی و هویت مطلوب آن می‌باشد را می‌توان با توجه به تغییرات شرایط جامعه و تغییر شیوه زندگی مردم، در مسکن معاصر به کار بست؛ که بر این اساس به روش کیفی انجام شده و برای ارزیابی نهایی داده‌ها از روش تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی بهره گرفته شده است. شیوه‌ی جمع‌آوری اطلاعات بر پایه‌ی چک‌لیست‌هایی برای تکنیک‌های مصاحبه و پرسشنامه بوده و در این مسیر از مطالعات اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای استفاده گشته است. نتایج و یافته‌های تحقیق را می‌توان در قالب دو بخش شامل استخراج الگوهای کیفی مسکن از مفاهیم اسلامی در قالب مدل کیفی مسکن مطلوب اسلامی و ارزیابی الگوواره‌های استخراجی براساس نیاز مسلمان معاصر دسته‌بندی نمود.

Assessment Of Islamic Housing Design Concepts, With The Aim Of Recreating In Modern Housing

The need for housing is one of the most basic human needs. According to the principle thirtyone constitution of Islamic Republic of Iran, having adequate housing is the right of every Iranian individual and family. The qualitative indicators of housing has always been the most sensitive instruments are accommodation plan. In other words, Muslims should be chosen home layout, which allows the growth and excellence of the individual, family and society based on Islamic beliefs provide.
