فناوری‌های هم‌گرا: تعامل علم و فناوری

میان رشتگی موضوعی اساسی در پژوهش علمی است که براساس آن، در ترکیبات جدید اجماع اتفاق که اساس آن پدید آمدن ترکیبات جدید براثر اجماع در علوم گوناگون است. همگرایی روند کلانی است که در تمامی فناوری ها و محصولات و در سطح جهانی دیده می شود. با وجود این، هم گرایی درحال گذر از مرحلۀ تک رشته ای و حذف مرزهای فناورانه است. همگرایی حاصل وقایعی است که در طی زمان اتفاق می افتد: در آغاز رشته های علمی، سپس فناوری ها و محصولات با هم ترکیب می شوند و درنهایت، با همگرایی صنایع، این چرخه تکامل می یابد. اصطلاح «فناوری همگرا » در فرایند سیاست گذاری علم و فناوری جایگاه بسیار مهمی دارد. همگرایی فناوری های نانو، زیستی، اطلاعات و علوم شناختی در بهبود عملکرد انسانی، ترسیم اقتصاد، جامعه و زیرساخت های صنعتی آینده نقش مهمی دارد. در این مقاله، به منظور آگاهی بخشی به سیاست گذاران و پژوهشگران و مدیران تجاری دربارۀ نتایج همگرایی علوم و فنون، درمورد روابط میان رشته ای، همگرایی علمی، همگرایی فناورانه و سنجش همگرایی مطالبی عرضه می شود.

Converging Technologies: Interaction Between Science and Technology

«Interdisciplinarity» is a key issue at the level of scientific research and based on that, consensus happen in the new compounds. «Convergence» is a macro trend that can be seen in all technologies and products globally. However, convergence is still in transition level from the singlediscipline and removing the technological frontiers. Convergence occurs on the basis of a series of events: in the first step, scientific disciplines and then, technologies and markets combine; finally, evolves with the convergence of industries. The term «converging technologies» is assigned an important role in the process of science and technology policymakers. The convergence of nano, bio and info technologies and cognitive science have major role in outlining the economic, social and industrial infrastructure of the future. This article with the aim of raising awareness of policy makers, researchers and business leaders about the possible outcomes of convergence science and technology, discuss about the relationships between the disciplines, convergence of science, technological convergence and convergence measures.
