بررسی تاثیر فناوری اطلاعات در چابکی سازمان‌های تولیدی و خدماتی

امروزه به کارگیری فناوری اطلاعات به افزایش دانش کارکنان و غنای محتوای شغلشان کمک بسیاری می کند. در این میان، تعیین ترکیب بهینه از مجموعه خدمات فناوری اطلاعات برای دستیابی به چابکی سازمانی ضرورت دارد. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر فناوری اطلاعات در چابکی سازمان های تولیدی و خدماتی انجام شده است. این تحقیق از نظر نوع هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا، توصیفی-پیمایشی است. روش گردآوری داده ها، مطالعات کتابخانه ای و تحقیقات میدانی با ابزار پرسش نامه در سازمان تحقیقات، آموزش و ترویج کشاورزی وزارت جهاد کشاورزی است و نمونه های تصادفی 205 تن بوده اند. برای بررسی ابعاد متغیرهای بررسی شده و سنجش روایی سازه، از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و برای آزمون فرضیه های پژوهشی، از روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که فناوری اطلاعات در ارتقای چابکی سازمان های تولیدی و خدماتی اثر شایان توجهی دارد. در همین زمینه، از میان چهار متغیر چابکی سازمانی بررسی شده، به کارگیری فناوری اطلاعات بیشترین تاثیر را در متغیر ارتقای شایستگی سازمانی دارد.

Survey of Information Technology’s Impact on Agility in Production and Service Organizations

Today, the use of information technology contributes to increasing employee knowledge and enriching the content of their jobs, while identifying the optimal combination of IT services for agility is essential. The main purpose of this study is to review the information technology on production and service organizations. This is a practical study and it uses a descriptivesurveyperforming method. It is based on library studied and field research by using questionnaire in Agriculture research, education and promotion of Agriculture Jihad Ministry that the number of random samples was 205 person. To search studied variables dimensions and construct validity was used confirmatory factor Analysis, also to test the hypotheses was used from Structural Equation Modeling. The results of the present research show that information technology has a significant impact on promoting agility of production and service organizations. In this way, among the four organizational agility variables which has been studied in this research, information technology has the greatest impact on organizational competence promotion variable.
