ظرفیت ها و دلالت های نظریه فرهنگی برگر در عرصه سیاست گذاری فرهنگی

در این مقاله دیدگاه های پیتر برگر در عرصۀ سیاست گذاری بیان شده است. براساس دیدگاه او، که معتقد است سه فرایند برونی سازی،عینی سازی،و درونی سازی، به شکل دیالکتیکی فرهنگ را می سازد، میتوان دیالکتیک این گزاره های متناقض را به کمک سلسله روندهای منطقی توضیح داد و آن ها را به منزلۀ ظرفیت و دلالت نظریۀ فرهنگی برگر در عرصۀ سیاستگذاری به شمار آورد. این روندهای منطقی عبارت اند از نمونه سازی، نهادینه کردن، جامعه پذیری و مشروعیت. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان می دهد که زبان و نمونه سازی ظرفیتی است که تبیین کنندۀ برونی سازی در عرصۀ سیاستگذاری است. نهادسازی ظرفیت عینی سازی را در عرصۀ سیاستگذاری نشان می دهد و جامعه پذیری و مشروعیت بخشی به سیاست ها نیز از ظرفیت های درونی سازی به شمار می رود. از منظر برگر، موفق شدن یا نشدن در سیاستگذاری، دلیل هماهنگ بودن یا نبودن این ظرفیت ها در این چرخۀ دیالکتیکی است.

Capabilities and implications of Burger’s cultural theory in the field of cultural policy

This paper seeks to capture the potentials and implications of Berger’s cultural theory in policy making. According to Berger’s view that the three processes of externalization, objectification, and internalization form the dialectic of culture, one can explain the dialectics of these contradictory propositions through a series of logical trends. And cited them as the capacity and implication of Burger’s cultural theory in the field of politics. These logical trends are: prototyping, institutionalization, socialization, and legitimacy. The results of the present study show that language and prototype is a capacity that explains the externalization in the field of policymaking, institutionalizing the capacity of objectification in the field of politics, and socializing and legitimizing policies also from internalization capacities Are. From the Bergger’s point of view, the success or failure of policymaking is the coordination and disorientation of these capacities in this dialectical cycle.
