شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر موفقیت پروژه های فناوری اطلاعات در شرکت ملی مناطق نفت خیز جنوب با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی

هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر موفقیت پروژه های فناوری اطلاعات در شرکت ملی مناطق نفت خیز جنوب با روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش اجرا توصیفی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را کارکنان و خبرگان شرکت ملی مناطق نفت خیز جنوب تشکیل می دهد. 152 نفر از کارکنان برای شناسایی عوامل به صورت تصادفی ساده و ده نفر از خبرگان برای اولویت بندی عوامل به صورت گلوله برفی انتخاب شده اند. در این پژوهش از روش دلفی، تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و نرم افزار اس پی اس اس استفاده شده است. بر اساس روش دلفی، پرسش نامۀ برگرفته از مقالۀ آنتلوا (2010)  طی دو مرحله میان خبرگان توزیع شده که با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده 21 سوال مربوط به پنج عامل و شانزده زیرعامل مهم شناسایی شده است. در ادامه، با روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی، عوامل رتبه بندی شده است. بر اساس نتایج، راهبرد اطلاعات، فرایندها، راهبرد کسب و کار، فناوری اطلاعات و افراد به ترتیب در رتبۀ اول تا پنجم قرار گرفته اند.

Identifying and Prioritizing Factors Influencing the Success of Information Technology Projects Using Hierarchical Analysis Technique in the National South Oil Company of Iran

The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the success of information technology projects using a hierarchical analysis technique in the National South Oil Company of Iran. The purpose of this study was applied and descriptive in terms of implementation. The statistical population of this study consists of two categories of employees and experts of National South Oil Company of Iran. Of the 152 staff selected to identify the factors by simple randomization and 10 experts were selected to prioritize the factors as snowballs. In this study, Delphi method, hierarchical analysis technique and SPSS software were used. Based on the Delphi technique, the questionnaire extracted from the article by Antlova et al. (2010) was distributed among experts in two stages. Based on the results of Delphi technique, 21 questions related to 5 factors and 16 subfactors were identified. Then, hierarchical analysis method was used to rank the factors. Based on the results of information strategy, processes, business strategy, information technology and individuals ranked first to fifth, respectively.
