چکیده
|
زمینه و هدف: تصمیم‌گیری‌های راهبردی خبره بنیان، زیربنای ایجاد، حرکت، رشد و توسعه نهادها برای کسب اهداف و ماموریت‌های مشخص است که بر پایه کیفیت، حل مسئله و سودمندی، صحت و تطابق با فرایندها و اثربخشی تصمیمات رهبران و مدیران نهادها قرار دارد. گستردگی و پیچیدگی فرایندهای لازم برای وصول به عزم و اتخاذ تصمیم‌های راهبردی، لزوم بهره‌گیری از سامانه‌های سیستمی و هوشمند خبره موضوعی را ناگزیر ساخته است. این مقاله به تبیین کیفیت سیستم خبره موضوعی برای کاربری تصمیمات راهبردی در نهاد مورد مطالعه میپردازد.روششناسی: جامعه آماری تحقیق را 987 نفر و نمونه آماری را 85 نفر از کارکنان در سطوح ستاد و صف در تعامل با ماهیت محتوایی سیستم خبره موضوعی شکل می‌دهند. تحقیق دارای چهار فرضیه مبتنی بر کیفیت تصمیمات راهبردی، حل مسئله و سودمندی، صحت و تطابق با فرآیندها و اثربخشی تصمیمات است که در چارچوب ویژگیهای سیستم خبره موضوعی مورد بررسی و آزمون قرار می‌گیرد.یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: مباحث نظری مقاله با بررسی سیستم خبره موضوعی و تصمیمات راهبردی استمرار می‌یابد. پس از ارائه داده ها و تحلیل رفتار آزمودنی‌ها و تبیین نتایج آزمون فرضیه‌ها راهبردهای اشاعه سیستم خبره در سازمان ارائه می‌شود.

Abstract
|
Background and Purpose: Expertbased strategic decision is considered as an infrastructure of creation,motion,growth and development of institutions for achieving their specified goals and missions which were on the basis of quality,problemsolving,usefulness,accuracy and conforming with processes and effectiveness of institutions leader and managers decisions. : The span and complexity of required processes for making decisions necessitate the utilization of intelligent expert system. This article was described the thematic expert system for strategic decisionmaking in institutions.Methodology: The sampling universe of this research consists of 987 people and the sample size was 85 employees in line and staff level who were interacted with thematic expert system nature. The current research have four hypothesis, based on strategic decisions quality, problemsolving, usefulness, accuracy and conforming with processes and effectiveness of decisions, which were analyzed and tested in the framework of thematic expert system features.Findings and Conclusion: The theoretical discussion of the article was continued with thematic expert system analysis and strategic decisions. After presenting data and analyzing subjects behavior and explaining hypothesis testing results, the strategies of expert system expansion was introduced by authors.
