الگوی مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای کارکنان فرماندهی کل انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی بر پایه مکتب شهید سلیمانی

زمینه و هدف: یکی از نیازهای اساسی برای کارکنان سازمان پلیس، داشتن مهارت‌های حرفه‌ ای برای تحقق اهداف و انجام بهینه وظایف سازمانی است که در این بین مکتب شهید سلیمانی که برآمد ملی، منطقه ای و جهانی دارد، می‌تواند الگوی عملی بسیار کارساز برای کارکنان سازمان پلیس قرار گیرد. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگوی مهارت های حرفه‌ای کارکنان فرماندهی کل انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی بر پایه مکتب شهید سلیمانی می-باشد.روش شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نوع پژوهش توصیفی– تحلیلی و از نظر روش جمع آوری داده ها در زمره تحقیق کیفی است. با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و بررسی طیف وسیعی از اسناد و تحلیل در زندگینامه، سخنرانی‌ها، یادداشت‌ها، مصاحبه های اصحاب، یاران، خانواده و وصیت نامۀ شهید، داده ها جمع آوری گردید. سپس با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل مضمون، مضامین پایه، سازمان‌دهنده و فراگیر شناسایی و داده ها مورد تجزیه تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: یافته ها بیانگر این است که مهارت های حرفه‌ای کارکنان فرماندهی کل انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی بر پایه مکتب شهید سلیمانی در چهار زمینۀ 1-مهارت‌های شناختی و ایمان قلبی2- مهارت رفتاری و خودآگاهی3- مهارت اجتماعی، همدلی و بین فردی 4- مهارت معنوی شناسایی و قابل تقسیم بندی است. همچنین مضامین پایه شناسایی شده در 23 مضمون سازمان دهنده و شش مضمون فراگیر قالب بندی و ارائه گردید.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهدکارکنان پلیس که مدام در خط لجمن و خط تماس تمام تهدیدات قرار دارند، با ترمیم و بازسازی مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای خود بر پایه مکتب شهید سلیمانی و شاخص‌های شناسایی شده، می‌توانند میزان آسیب پذیری خود را در تمام ابعاد ماموریت های سازمانی به شدت کاهش داده و سطح موفقیت خود را افزایش دهند.

the model of professional skills of the employees of the general police command of the islamic republic based on the school of martyr soleimani

background and purpose: one of the basic needs for the employees of the police organization is to have professional skills to achieve the goals and optimally perform the organizational tasks, and in the meantime, the shahid soleimani school, which has national, regional and global implications, can be a model. a very effective practice for the employees of the police organization. therefore, the aim of the current research is to present the model of professional skills of the employees of the general police command of the islamic republic based on the school of shahid soleimani. methodology: in terms of purpose, the present research is applied, and in terms of the type of descriptive-analytical research, and in terms of the data collection method, it is in the category of qualitative research. data was collected by using library sources and examining a wide range of documents and analysis in biographies, speeches, notes, interviews of companions, friends, family and martyr's will. then, by using the theme analysis method, the basic, organizing and comprehensive themes were identified and the data were analyzed. findings: the findings indicate that the professional skills of the employees of the general police command of the islamic republic based on the school of shahid soleimani in four areas: 1- cognitive skills and heart faith 2- behavioral skills and self-awareness 3- social skills, empathy and interpersonal skills individual 4- the spiritual skill can be identified and divided. . conclusion: the results show that the police officers, who are constantly on the front line and the contact line of all threats, by repairing and rebuilding their professional skills based on the shahid soleimani school and the identified indicators, can increase the amount of greatly reduce their vulnerability in all aspects of organizational missions and increase their level of success.
