شناسایی عوامل موثر فرهنگی-اجتماعی بر توسعه ورزش همگانی کارکنان

زمینه و هدف: ورزش و فعالیت بدنی نقش تعیین کننده‌ای در حفظ سلامت جسمی و روحی کارکنان دارد. بر این اساس پژوهش جهت شناسایی عوامل موثر بر فرهنگی-اجتماعی بر توسعه ورزش همگانی کارکنان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین صورت گرفت.روش: این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر روش تحقیق اکتشافی ،از نظر نوع داده یک تحقیق کیفی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را صاحبنظران،پیشکسوتان ورزشی و ورزشکاران شاغل در دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین تشکیل دادند که از بین آن‌ها 17 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری به نوع آن نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق مصاحبه عمیق نیمه‌‌ساختاریافته با خبرگان بود که روایی و پایایی آن با استفاده از معیارهای گوبا و لینکلن (1989) مورد تایید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از سه مرحله کدگاری باز، محوری و گزینشی انجام شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد عوامل موثر فرهنگی-اجتماعی بر توسعه ورزش همگانی کارکنان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین شامل 47 کد باز می باشد. عوامل موثر فرهنگی-اجتماعی بر توسعه ورزش همگانی ترکیبی از عوامل برنامه های فرهنگی، حمایت اجتماعی،حمایت سازمانی،تبلیغات،دیدگاه و نگرش، برنامه های انگیزشی و آداب و رسوم فرهنگی می باشد.نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته های این پژوهش، برای توسعه ورزش همگانی لازم است عوامل تاثیرگذار فرهنگی-اجتماعی مورد توجه دﺳﺖاﻧﺪرکاران ﺣﻮزه‌ ورزش قرارگرفته و با برنامه‌ریزی زمینه لازم برای مشارکت فعال کارکنان، در ورزش همگانی را فراهم نمایند.

identifying the effective social and cultural factors on the development of general sports for employees the case study of amin university of police sciences

background and aim: sports and physical activity play a decisive role in maintaining the physical and mental health of employees. based on this, the research was conducted to identify the socio-cultural factors on the development of public sports for the employees of amin university of police sciences. methodology: this research is a qualitative research in terms of practical purpose, in terms of exploratory research method, and in terms of data type. the statistical population of this research was made up of experts, sports veterans and athletes working in amin university of police sciences, and 17 of them were selected using the purposeful sampling method until reaching theoretical saturation. the research tool was a semi-structured interview with experts, the validity and reliability of which was confirmed using guba and lincoln (1989) criteria. data analysis was done using three stages of open, central and selective coding. results: the results of the research showed that the socio-cultural factors on the development of public sports among the employees of amin university of law sciences include 51 open codes. the socio-cultural effective factors on the development of public sports are a combination of the factors of cultural programs and activities, social support, advertisements, views and attitudes, cultural interactions and cultural customs. conclusion: based on the findings of this research, for the development of public sports, it is necessary for the operators to create conditions by planning and focusing on the socio-cultural influencing factors to encourage employees to actively participate in sports programs, and to develop and institutionalize public sports.
