چکیده    زمینه و هدف: امروزه با توسعه رویکردهای اسلامی در مطالعات مدیریت، نگاه‌های اسلامی در تحقیقات رفتار سازمانی مورد اقبال محققان قرارگرفته است. تحقیق حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی مطلوب مدیریت اسلامی منابع انسانی در واحدهای جرم‌یابی جرائم مواد مخدر انجام شد.روش شناسی: روش تحقیق حاضر از نوع ترکیبی بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان بخش کیفی پژوهش متخصصین کمیته‌های حقوقی، پیشگیری و درمان و همچنین متخصصین حوزه مدیریت اسلامی بوده که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. جامعه آماری بخش کمی نیز شامل کلیه کارشناسان دستگاه‌های عضو کمیته مقابله با ورود و عرضه و به تعداد 46 نفر بوده که با بهره‌گیری فرمول کوکران تعداد 39 نفر با بهره‌گیری از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس به عضویت اعضای نمونه آماری تحقیق انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه روا و پایای محقق ساخته بود. در تحقیق حاضر به جهت تحلیل داده‌های کیفی از نرم‌افزار مکس‌کیودی‌ای و برای تحلیل توصیفی و استنباطی داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه از نرم‌افزار اس‌پی‌اس‌اس استفاده گردید.یافته ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که تعداد 43 شاخص، 8 مولفه و 4 بعد می‌توانند در فرایند تدوین الگوی مطلوب مدیریت اسلامی منابع انسانی در واحدهای جرم‌یابی جرائم مواد مخدر به‌کارگیری شوند.نتایج: نتایج نشان داد ابعاد الگوی تحقیق، شفافیت در مدیریت، دادگری و ایثار در مدیریت، مسئولیت‌پذیری و استواری در مدیریت و ارزش‌های اخلاقی و رفتاری در مدیریت در سطح خطای کمتر از 5 درصد پیش‌بین‌های مناسبی برای تدوین الگوی مطلوب مدیریت اسلامی منابع انسانی در واحدهای جرم‌یابی جرائم مواد مخدر می‌باشند.

   the ideal model of islamic human resource management in drug crime investigation units

Abstract    a b s t r a c tbackground and aim: in today’s world, with the development of islamic approaches in management studies, researchers have used and favoured islamic views in organizational behaviour research. the present research was conducted to present the ideal model of islamic human resources management in drug crime investigation units.methodology: the current research method was of a mixed type. the participants of the qualitative part of the research were experts in the legal, confrontation, prevention and treatment committees, as well as experts in the field of islamic management, who were selected using the snowball sampling method. the statistical population of the quantitative part also includes all the experts of the institutions that are members of the committee to deal with entry and supply there are 46 people, and by using the cochran formula, 39 people are included in the statistical sample of the research by using the available sampling method. the data collection tool in the qualitative part was a semi-structured interview, and in the quantitative part, a valid and reliable researcher-made questionnaire. in this research, maxqda software was used for qualitative data analysis and spss software was used for descriptive and inferential analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire.results: findings showed that 43 indicators, 8 components, and 4 dimensions can be used in the process of developing the ideal model of islamic human resources management in drug crime investigation units. management based on truthfulness, management based on honesty, management based on justice, management based on sacrifice, management based on accountability, management based on trust, management based on emotion and analysis and finally management based on concept and spirituality as components. the research model was identified.conclusion: results showed the dimensions of the research model, 1- transparency in management, 2- fairness and sacrifice in management, 3- responsibility and steadfastness in management and 4- ethical and behavioral values in management at the level of 99% prediction error. they are suitable for formulating the ideal model of islamic human resources management in drug crime investigation units.extended abstractintroductionthe management of criminal investigation units should be considered as one of the most important and yet neglected areas of criminal investigation science. the lack of an effective management will lower the quality of work, as well as the frustration of employees and the loss of their work motivation. effective and efficient management of a criminal investigation unit requires the knowledge and deep understanding of the manager regarding the role of the employees of that complex. a type of service management is islamic management, which, while paying attention to management methods and techniques, also pays special attention to people and designs all management activities and tasks around people. islamic resource management means solutions for managing employees and regulating their relationship with the employer and the organization, which is in accordance with the qur’an and the sunnah. this matter is important because islamic society with 1.5 billion followers in the world is the second religion in terms of population and growth, and the first religion in the world. organizations that are members of the committee to deal with the entry and supply of narcotics, especially faraja and its criminal investigation units, need competent management and equal to islamic principles and rules due to their special sensitivity and follow-up of people’s demands. because this issue is the demand of the supreme leader and the officials, especially the people. in the meantime, the member bodies of the committee, which perform their duties as the main elements of dealing with drug crimes, including production, distribution, smuggling, transit, and consumption, need proper management with the current conditions of the society. at present, proper management with islamic approaches is one of the basic needs of the members of the committee to deal with the entry and supply of narcotics, and this is the expectation that the people of the society have from their respective police. according to the charter of efficient management in the organizations that are members of the committee to deal with the entry and supply, especially the anti-narcotics police, which is influenced by the lofty goals of the islamic system in the field of comprehensive security, and with the view of this issue that until now, management models based on the islamic approach in the relevant organizations, it has not been studied in such a way, the void of a style and model that can be followed with the minimum means to manage the organization properly is felt. on the other hand, in the absence of islamic-style management, which is influenced by opportunities and threats in the external environment and strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment, achieving future success is not possible, and conducting an independent research in this it makes the context necessary. with regard to modern management systems in faraja, including islamic management, especially iranian styles, which will be possible through sacrifice, spirituality and accountability, the importance of conducting the present research is clear and the present research aims to answer this the question is, what is the ideal model of islamic management of human resources in drug crime investigation units? methodthe current research method is of a hybrid type. the statistical community in the qualitative part of the research included experts (experts and managers of organizations that are members of the committee for countering entry and supply and experts in the field of islamic management working in universities) who used the snowball sampling method as participants in the present research were selected. the researcher reached theoretical saturation in the 19th person. the quantitative part of the research also includes all the experts of the institutions that are members of the committee to deal with entry and supply, and there are 45 people, and by using the cochran formula, 39 people were selected to be members of the statistical sample of the research by using the accessible sampling method. became in this research, maxqdi software was used for qualitative data analysis and spss software was used for descriptive and inferential analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire. discussion and findingsconsidering that the central position of man in islam has turned the field of islamic management into one of the main fields of interest in organization studies in islamic countries, and as a main and basic field, it has always been the focus of researchers, the present research with the aim of the ideal model of islamic human resource management was implemented in the drug crime investigation units. after interviewing the experts, 43 indicators, 8 components and 4 dimensions were identified in the ideal model of islamic human resource management in order to deal with drug trafficking. the components were: management based on truthfulness, management based on honesty, management based on justice, management based on sacrifice, management based on accountability, management based on trust, management based on emotion and analysis, and finally management based on concept. and spirituality. in the process of compiling the dimensions of the research model, 1- transparency in management, 2- justice and sacrifice in management, 3- responsibility and stability in management and 4- ethical and behavioral values in management as the dimensions of the ideal model of islamic human resources management. narcotics crimes were identified and finalized in criminal investigation units. conclusionthe current research was carried out with the aim of the optimal model of islamic human resources management in criminal investigation units. the results showed that the dimensions of the research model, transparency in management, justice and sacrifice in management, responsibility and steadfastness in management, and ethical and behavioral values in management at an error level of less than 5% are suitable predictors for developing the desired model. islamic management of human resources in drug crime investigation units.fundingthere is no funding support. authors’
