   تاثیر سرمایه اجتماعی بر انعطاف‌پذیری زنجیره تامین و عملکرد سازمانی مطالعه موردی: شرکت‌های تولیدی استان تهران

چکیده    زمینه و هدف: هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر سرمایه اجتماعی بر انعطاف‌پذیری زنجیره تامین و عملکرد سازمانی با  نقش  میانجی ظرفیت جذب و نقش تعدیلگر همسویی مدیریت زنجیره تامین - بازاریابی در شرکت‌های تولیدی استان تهران می‌باشد.روش شناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل شرکت‌های تولیدی استان تهران به تعداد 440 شرکت می‌باشد. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان - کرجسی برابر با 205 شرکت می‌باشد که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه استاندارد جولگچی و کووالانن (2020) شامل 28 استفاده شد. مقدار ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0.802 محاسبه‌شده است که نشان‌دهنده پایایی بالای ابزار بود. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل مسیر توسط مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.یافته ها: سرمایه اجتماعی و ظرفیت جذب به ترتیب با بار عاملی 0.752 و 0.316 بر انعطاف‌پذیری زنجیره تامین تاثیر دارند. همچنین سرمایه اجتماعی تاثیر معناداری بر ظرفیت جذب ندارد. بعلاوه نقش تعدیل گری همسویی زنجیره تامین در تاثیر سرمایه اجتماعی بر انعطاف‌پذیری زنجیره تامین نیز تایید گردید.نتایج: شرکت‌های تولیدی استان تهران باید به سرمایه اجتماعی خود از طریق ظرفیت جذب توجه تمرکز کنند و ظرفیت جذب خود را برای ارتقای سرمایه اجتماعی در راستای دستیابی به زنجیره تامین انعطاف‌پذیر توسعه داده و فعال کنند. این شرکت‌ها باید از اقدامات لازم برای اطمینان از ساختار و رفتار همسو برای استفاده از سرمایه اجتماعی خود در مواقع دشواری و دستیابی به زنجیره تامین انعطاف‌پذیر استفاده کنند.

   investigating the role of social capital in supply chain flexibility and organizational performance with the mediating role of absorption capacity

Abstract    background and aim: the present study aimed to investigate the role of social capital in supply chain flexibility and organizational performance with the mediating role of absorption capacity and the moderating role of marketing supply chain management alignment (manufacturing companies in tehran province).methodology: this research is applied in terms of aim and correlational in terms of method. the statistical population includes 440 production companies in tehran province. based on morgan's table, the sample size was 205 companies selected using a convenience random sampling method. a questionnaire was used to collect data and regression test and path analysis were used to analyze the data.results: social capital and absorption capacity affect flexibility at a 99% confidence level. social capital with a significance level higher than 0.05 and t less than 1.96 does not have a significant effect on absorption capacity. the moderating role of supply chain management alignment was also confirmed.conclusion: social capital and absorption capacity affect supply chain flexibility and organizational performance. social capital also does not play a significant role in absorption capacity. the moderating effect of supply chain management alignment on the relationship between social capital and absorption capacity and flexibility was confirmedextended abstractintroductionsocial capital is defined as the total of real and potential resources embedded within the organization, through and resulting from existing relationships by an individual or social unit. social capital is known to add value and improve organizational performance because it can provide access to resources and information. always, marketing and supply chain management are two basic functions that are the main factor in creating value and expanding organizational boundaries. marketing relationships and supply chain management are the focus of limited activities because both functions are the main areas through which companies manage their inter-organizational relationships and coordinate their upstream and downstream value-creation activities along their supply. therefore, the relationship between marketing and supply chain management and the interaction between the two functions is necessary to understand the role of social capital in achieving supply chain flexibility. on the other hand, although marketing and supply chain management functions often have to work together and operate differently, they have different values and pursue different goals. functional interrelationships revealed in supply chain management marketing relationships can have a prominent impact on how firms implement limited activities, use social capital, and achieve supply chain flexibility. the flexibility of the supply chain is defined as the adaptive ability of the supply chain to prepare for unexpected events, respond to disturbances and recover from them by maintaining the continuity of operations at the desired level of connection and control of structure and performance.according to the presented materials, the current research aims to answer the main question of the research, to what extent is the effect of social capital on the flexibility of the supply chain and organizational performance with the mediating role of absorptive capacity and the moderating role of the alignment of marketing supply chain management in manufacturing companies of tehran province? methodologythis research is applied research and it is descriptive-correlation research. the statistical population of this research includes 440 manufacturing companies in tehran province, so the sample size using the morgan table equal to 205 companies was selected by random sampling method. the questionnaire of gölgeci & kuivalainen (2020) was used to collect data and the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by gölgeci & kuivalainen (2020). the value of cronbach's alpha was also calculated as 0.802, which indicates the high reliability of the tool. results and discussionbased on the studies of this research, it has been concluded that in manufacturing companies of tehran province, social capital and absorption capacity have a positive and significant effect on the flexibility of the supply chain. this result is consistent with the findings of jolgachi and kovalanen (2020). another result indicates that social capital does not have a significant effect on absorption capacity. this result is not consistent with the findings of farashzadeh (2014). social capital has a significant effect on supply chain flexibility with the mediating role of absorptive capacity. this result is consistent with the findings of karami and farhadi (2017) and gölgeci & kuivalainen (2020). kerami and farhadi showed that green supply chain management affects the environmental and economic performance of the organization both directly and indirectly through the mediating role of social capital. this research is in line with this hypothesis in terms of the role of social capital in improving environmental and economic performance through supply chain management. gölgeci & kuivalainen (2020) also showed that supply chain flexibility has a positive relationship with organizational performance. another result indicates that the alignment of marketing supply chain management plays a moderating role in the effect of social capital on supply chain flexibility. this result is in line with the findings of dalvi esfahani et al. (2013), gölgeci & kuivalainen (2020) and in terms of the indirect effect of alignment of supply chain strategies on performance with the research of baursad et al. (2015). bavarsad et al. (2015) showed that all dimensions of alignment of supply chain strategies (lean, agile and hybrid) have a positive and significant effect on supply chain management performance and the moderating role of information system strategies (efficient, flexible and comprehensive) on supply chain management performance was also confirmed. conclusionour main hypothesis is that the alignment of absorptive capacity and flexible supply chain marketing plays an important role in explaining how companies can use social capital to improve their supply chain resilience and organizational performance. the findings of this research showed that absorptive capacity can act as a link between social capital and a flexible supply chain and how social capital can be used to develop a flexible supply chain. since social capital is a critical factor and at the same time a practical resource that has absorptive capacity, it is necessary to direct it towards strategic goals to realize its potential and reveal its impact on the flexible supply chain. this research shows that the impact of social capital and absorptive capacity in a flexible supply chain can be conditional on the alignment of supply chain management-recovery, which answers the question of the relationship between social capital, absorptive capacity and flexible supply chain. fundingthere is no funding support. authors’ contributionall of the authors approved thecontent of the manuscript and agreed on all aspects of the work. conflict of interestauthors declared no conflict of interest. acknowledgmentswe are grateful to all the scientific consultants of this paper.
