طراحی الگوی رفتاری کارکنان در سازمان ‌ها جهت اجرای سیاست ‌های اقتصاد مقاومتی با استفاده از روش گرندد تئوری

زمینه و هدف: تحقق اهداف متمایز و متعالی انقلاب اسلامی در سایه دشمنی‌های استکبار جهانی و فشارهای منوط به استفاده از الگوی اقتصادی متناسب با آن است. الگوی معرفی شده توسط مقاوم معظم رهبری، الگوی اقتصاد مقاومتی می‌باشد. اجرای الگوی اقتصاد مقاومتی، مستلزم تشکیل سرمایه‌ انسانی و اجتماعی و محیط مناسب، و داشتن الگوی رفتاری است. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال شناسایی ابعاد مدل رفتاری کارکنان در جهت تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتی با بهره‌گیری از نظریه داده بنیاد می‌باشد. محقق در این مقاله علمی پژوهشی، مدلی ارائه نموده است تا دستیابی به اهداف برنامه اقتصاد مقاومتی تسهیل و تسریع گردد.محقق با روش داده بنیاد و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار maxqda2018 داده‌های را دسته بندی وکد گذاری نموده است. در پژوهش حاضر از 15 منبع (مصاحبه‌شونده) که در حوزه‌های مختلف اعم از اقتصاد، مدیریت و علوم اجتماعی سازمان بنادر و دریانوردی، وزارت اقتصاد و دارایی و شهرداری استان تهران فعال بوده‌اند تشکیل می‌دهد.یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که مدل رفتاری کارکنان سازمان‌های دولتی در جهت تحقق الگوی اقتصاد مقاومتی دارای ابعاد اصلی ارزش، نگرش و رفتار در سطح فرد و فرهنگ، ساختار و فرآیند در سطح سازمان می‌باشد که خود به مقوله‌های فرعی تقسیم می‌شوند. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده شرایط علّی، مقوله محوری، زمینه، راهبرد، شرایط مداخله گر و پیامد الگوی رفتاری در جهت تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتی استخراج گردیده‌اند.طراحی الگوی رفتاری کارکنان به اجرای سیاست‌های اقتصاد مقاومتی در سازمان‌ها کمک می‌کند و این امر موجب توجه ویژه به تولیدات داخلی و تولید ملی می‌شود.

providing a model of behavior of employees in organizations to implement resistance economy policies with grand theory method

the realization of the distinctive and sublime goals of the islamic revolution is in the shadow of the enmities of global arrogance and the pressures dependent on the use of an economic model that is appropriate to it. the model introduced by the supreme leader is the resistance economy model. the implementation of the resistance economy model requires the formation of human and social capital and a suitable environment, and having a behavioral model. the current research seeks to identify the dimensions of the behavioral model of employees in order to realize the resistance economy by using the data theory of the foundation. in this scientific research article, the researcher has presented a model to facilitate and accelerate the achievement of the goals of the resistance economy program.the researcher has categorized and coded the data using the foundation data method and using maxqda2018 software. in the current research, it consists of 15 sources (interviewees) who have been active in various fields including economics, management and social sciences of the ports and maritime organization, the ministry of economy and finance and the municipality of tehran province. the findings of the research indicate that the behavioral model of the employees of government organizations in order to realize the resistance economy model has the main dimensions of value, attitude and behavior at the level of the individual and culture, structure and process at the level of the organization, which are themselves divided into subcategories. according to the obtained results, the causal conditions, central category, background, strategy, intervening conditions and the consequences of the behavioral pattern have been extracted in order to realize the resistance economy.designing the behavioral pattern of employees helps to implement resistance economy policies in organizations, and this causes special attention to domestic production and national production.
