الگوی شایستگی‌ سرمایه انسانیِ تراز گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی

زمینه و هدف: نقش سرمایه انسانی در دستیابی به اهداف در سطوح سازمانی و ملی، بی‌بدیل است. در همین راستا، پژوهش حاضر درصدد دستیابی به شایستگی‌های سرمایه انسانی مطلوب برای تحقق بخشیدن به بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب و حرکت در مسیر شکل‌گیری تمدن نوین اسلامی است.روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش، از نظر فلسفۀ پژوهش، پژوهشی تفسیری و به‌لحاظ هدف، پژوهشی اکتشافی است؛ راهبرد پژوهش، کیفی بوده و از روش تحلیل مضمون بهره می‌برد. شیوۀ گردآوری داده‌ها نیز تحلیل‌وبررسی عمیق متن بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی بوده است. اعتبارسنجی یافته‌های پژوهش نیز بر اساس مولفه‌های خاص روش‌های کیفی، به تایید رسید.یافته‌ها: در گام نخست، با مطالعه و بررسی چندباره بیانیه گام دوم، کدهای اولیه با عنوان مضامین پایه استخراج شد. در گام بعدی، با طبقه‌بندی کدهای اولیه، مضامین سازمان‌دهنده شکل گرفت و نهایتاً با دسته‌بندی موضوعی مضامین سازمان‌دهنده، هشت مضمون فراگیر به دست آمد. در انتها، شبکه مضامین با استفاده از نرم‌افزار xmind 10 ترسیم شده است.نتایج: مدل پیشنهادی نهایی، الگوی شایستگی سرمایه انسانی مطلوب در راستای تحقق بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی را بر اساس شایستگی‌های بصیرت انقلابی، عدالت‌خواهی، جهاد علمی، عزتمندی و استقلال‌خواهی، روحیه و عمل جهادی، اخلاق‌محوری، معنویت‌گرایی و طهارت اقتصادی ارائه می‌کند که با استفاده از آن، می‌توان گام مهمی در مسیر تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی، برداشت.

The model of competence of human capital based on the Statement of second step of the Islamic Revolution

AbstractObjective: The present study seeks to answer the question that what are the competencies of the desired human capital to realize the statement of the second step of the revolution and move towards the formation of a new Islamic civilization.Method: This research is interpretive research in terms of research philosophy and exploratory research in terms of purpose; The research strategy is qualitative and uses the method of thematic analysis. The method of data collection has been indepth analysis of the text of the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution. Validation of research findings was confirmed based on specific parameters of qualitative methods.Finding: In the first step, by studying and reviewing the statement of the second step several times, the initial codes were extracted as basic themes. In the next step, by categorizing the initial codes, the organizing themes were formed, and finally, by thematically categorizing the organizing themes, 8 comprehensive themes were obtained. Finally, the network of themes is drawn by using Xmind 10 software.Results: The final proposed model presents the model of competence of desirable human capital in order to fulfill the declaration of the second step of the Islamic Revolution that is based on the competencies of revolutionary insight, justice, scientific jihad, dignity, independence, jihadi spirit, ethics, spiritualism, economic purity that by Using them an important step can be taken towards the realization of the new Islamic civilization.
