احصاء و تبیین روش های آسیب زا در تربیت دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین

زمینه و هدف: یکی از عوامل توسعه اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی، گسترش همه‌جانبه آموزش و تربیت صحیح و کارآمد نیروی انسانی است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، احصاء و تبیین روش‌های آسیب‌زا در تربیت دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین بوده که پژوهش‌گر ضمن معرفی مهم‌ترین روش‌های تربیتی، آسیب‌های هرکدام از آنها را احصاء کرده است. روش‌شناسی: روش این پژوهش توصیفی، از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نوع مطالعه کیفی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل دانشجویان سال دوم با سابقه خدمت در یگان‌های مختلف در ناجا بوده که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی تعداد 17 نفر تا اشباع نظری با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته به سوالات پاسخ دادند. یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش آسیب‌های پنج روش تربیتی، تشویق، تنبیه، آمادگی جسمانی، اعطای مسئولیت و محبت در دو مقوله مشکلات رفتاری و مشکلات هیجانی با مولفه‌های گوناگون دسته‌بندی شده‌اند. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش روش‌های تربیتی موجود در دانشگاه آسیب‌هایی را به همراه دارد که احصاء و پرداختن به آنها می‌تواند در راستای تربیت بهینه دانشجویان مفید واقع شود.

Enumeration and Explanation of Harmful Methods in Training Students of Amin Police University

Background and objective: One of the factors of economic, social and cultural development is the comprehensive expansion of proper and efficient education and training of human resources. If a society wants to transform its economic, industrial, political and social system and adapt it to new requirements and necessities, it must have a comprehensive policy in the development of human resources, and this is not possible unless it was expected from the education system. The purpose of the present study was to enumerate and explain the harmful methods in educating students of Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences. The researcher, while introducing the most important educational methods, has enumerated the harms of each of them. Method: The method of this descriptive research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of the type of study. The statistical population of this study included students with service experience in different units in Iran police who answered the questions. Findings: Based on the research findings, the harms of five educational methods, encouragement, punishment, physical fitness, giving responsibility and love, are classified into two categories: behavioral problems and emotional problems with different components. Conclusion: According to the research results, the educational methods available in the university have disadvantages that counting and addressing them can be useful for the optimal education of students.
