طراحی و تبیین ابعاد محیطی سازمان اداره‌کنندۀ ضربات روحی در بخش دولتی (مورد مطالعه: سازمان های دولتی استان آذربایجان شرقی)

این مقاله به بررسی ابعاد محیطی سازمان اداره‌کنندۀ ضربۀ روحی سازمانی می‌پردازد. برای این کار ابتدا پرسشنامۀ طراحی شده به روش دلفی در بین بیش از 114 نفر از خبرگان شرکت‌کننده در پانل تخصصی توزیع شد و پس از تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج آن به کمک نرم‌افزار لیزرل، شاخص‌ها و مولفه‌های مورد نیاز به دور دوم راه یافته و در دوم از میان ابعاد محیطی پسشنهاد شده، مولفه‌های محیط فرهنگی، محیط سیاسی قانونی، محیط اجتماعی، محیط فنّاوری، محیط اقتصادی، محیط فیزیکی، مسئولیت اجتماعی و اخلاقیات در دور اول دلفی تایید شدند و برای رتبه‌بندی شاخص‌های هر کدام، کلیۀ مولفه‌های تایید شده به دور دوم دلفی راه یافتند در دور دوم دلفی، مهم‌ترین شاخص‌های هر مولفه انتخاب شد و در نهایت، در دور سوم دلفی که به رتبه‌بندی مولفه‌های اثرگذار بر سازمان اداره‌کنندۀ ضربۀ روحی تمرکز داشت، مشخص شد که دو مولفۀ مسئولیت اجتماعی و اخلاقیات، به ترتیب مهم‌ترین مولفه‌های سازمان مذکور می‌باشند. همچنین در پایان با استفاده از نرم‌افزار path analysis روابط بین متغیّرها و تاثیر مستقیم و غیر مستقیم آنها بررسی شد که بر اساس نتایج اخذ شده از نرم‌افزار تحلیل مسیر مشخص شد مولفه‌های‌ ابعاد محیطی دارای تاثیرگذاری مستقیمی به میزان 55/0 بر سازمان اداره‌کنندۀ ضربۀ روحی در سازمان‌های دولتی دارد؛ در حالی که این متغیّر دارای تاثیرگذاری غیر مستقیم بیشتر از تاثیر مستقیم و به میزان 11/ بر سازمان مذکور می‌باشد.

Design and explain environmental dimensions of trauma director organization in public sector

Present paper is dealing with studying environmental dimensions of Trauma director organization. For this, the designed questionnaire by Delphi method was distributed among over 111 ones of participated experts at specialized panel, at first. After analyzing the results by Lisrel software, the required factors and index were selected for the second round and at the second raound, factors of cultural environment, legalpolitical environment, social environment, technology environment, economical environment, physical environment, ethics and social responsibility were confirmed at the first Delphi round. Ranking the indices of each of them, all confirmed factors were got to the Delphi second round. At that round, the serious important indices of each factor were chosen and finally, at the third Delphi round, that was concentrated on ranking the effective factors on trauma director organization, it was distinguished that social responsibility and also ethics are the important factors of the organization in a raw. In addition, using path analysis software, the relationship between variables and direct and indirect impact of them were examined and the results showed that environmental dimensions' factor have direct impact (55%) on trauma director organization in public sector while this variable has indirect impact and more than direct impact (/11) on the mentioned organization.
