نقد چارچوب تحلیلی مواجهه با فساد و رانت‎جویی در مقالات فارسی‌زبان

پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال است که آیا نظریۀ دولت رانتی آن گونه که در مقالات فارسی‌زبان انعکاس یافته، می‌تواند به عنوان ابزار تحلیلی مناسبی برای تبیین فساد اداری به کار رود یا نه. از این رو، به مطالعۀ 44 مقاله در این زمینه پرداخته و با روش تحلیل مضمونی، پس از رسیدن به اشباع نظری، اصول موضوعه‌ای را استخراج کرده که در ارتباط شبکه‌ای با همدیگر، شالودۀ بنیادینِ طیف متنوعی از مقالات چاپ‌شده را تشکیل می‌دهند. در ادامه، نشان داده ‌شد که این انگارۀ شبکه‌ای برای بقای خود، ناچار واقعیت را نادیده می‌گیرد و آن را به قامت خود درمی‌آورد. نتیجۀ چنین انگاره ای این است که مقالات علمیِ فارسی‌زبان، در این زمینه، به جای کمک به فهم فساد اداری، واقعیت را نادیده می گیرد، لذا کاربست آن به عنوان ابزار تحلیلی مناسب، نیازمند بازبینی جدی است. در پایان نیز، ضمنِ نقد اصول موضوعۀ این انگاره، بر بخش‌هایی از واقعیت تاکید گردید که از دید چنین «منظومۀ اندیشگی» پنهان مانده و لذا نیازمند تامل و بازبینی است.

Analytical Framework to Deal with Corruption and Rent-seeking Review in the Persian-Language Articles

This study seeks to answer the question of whether the rentier state theory as reflected in Persianlanguage articles, can be used as an analytical tool for explaining corruption or not. Therefore, the study of 44 articles in this context, and with content analysis, after reaching theoretical saturation, extract postulates that the fundamental foundation in networking with each other to form and sustain a diverse range of published articles have at least 20 years.In addition, we have shown that we can bring in the idea of the network as cognitive schemas for their survival, and it ignores the reality inevitably catching stature.The effect of these schemes is that Persianlanguage scientific articles, in this context, instead of trying to understand the everyday corruption that is irrefutable face it, the only thought to reproduce these systems are unwanted closing the way to better understanding. Finally, the statutory principles of the scheme, was trying to illuminate portions of the fact that the sight of such a system of thought is hidden and therefore requires scrutiny and speculation.
