پدیدارشناسی نگاه مدیران مالی دانشگاه‌ها به حرفه مدیریت مالی

هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه تجربه زیسته مدیران مالی دانشگاه ها در مورد حرفه مدیریت مالی است. این پژوهش به روش کیفی و با رویکرد پدیدارشناسانه انجام گرفته است. در فرایند تحقیق، متد کولایزی به عنوان مبنا و الگوی اجرای تحقیق به کار گرفته شد. جامعه آماری مدیران مالی دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی استان آذربایجان شرقی می باشد و از نمونه گیری هدفمند استفاده شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده ها، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با 12 نفر از مدیران مالی با تاکید بر اشباع نظری مذکور بود. پس از تحلیل مصاحبه ها، چهار تم اصلی مسئولیت ها و وظایف شامل مقوله های برنامه ریزی و تصمیم گیری، نظارت و گزارش‌نویسی، تجزیه و تحلیل و پیش بینی، درزمینة تخصص و مهارت ها شامل مقوله های دانش و تحصیلات اکادمیک، مهارت حل مسئله، مهارت فناوری و نرم افزار، مهارت ریاضی و آمار، مهارت ارتباطی، مهارت تحلیلی، مهارت سازمان‌دهی، درزمینة رضایت شغلی شامل مقوله های درآمد و مزایا، ماهیت شغل و جو کاری و درزمینة ویژگی های شخصیتی شامل چهار مقوله دقیق بودن، متفکر و منطقی بودن، مستقل و قاطع بودن و با وجدان بودن شناسایی و تعریف و در نهایت پیشنهادهای کاربردی ارائه شد.

phenomenology of university financial managers’ view to financial management profession

the purpose of this research is to study the lived experience of financial managers of universities regarding the profession of financial management and it was conducted using a qualitative method and a phenomenologicalapproach. in the research process, the colaiy method was used as the basis and model of research implementation. the statist ical population is financial managers of islamic azad university in east azerbaijan province and purposeful sampling was used. the data collection tool was a semi-structured interview with 12 financial managers with an emphasis on theoretical saturation. after analyzing the interviews, the four main themes of responsibilities and duties including planning and decision-making, monitoring and report writing, analysis and forecasting, in the field of expertise and skills including knowledge and academic education, problem solving skills, technology and software skills, math and statistics skills, communication skills, analytical skills, organizational skills, in the field of job satisfaction including income and benefits, nature of the job and work environment and in the field of personality traits including accuracy, thoughtful and logical, independent and decisive, and conscientiousness were identified and defined and finally practical suggestions were presented.
