تحلیل محتوای پژوهش‌های مجله مدیریت سازمان‌های دولتی

در این مقاله به بررسی پژوهشهای مجله مدیریت سازمانهای دولتی ازمنظر روششناسی پرداخته شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی است، روش پژوهش از نوع کیفی و مبتنی بر تحلیل محتوا است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، تمامی مقالات مجله مدیریت سازمان‌های دولتی در بازده زمانی 1391 تا 1399 انجام گرفته است. در این پژوهش همه عناصر جامعه به صورت سرشماری بررسی شده‌اند. تعداد 262 مقاله از نظر 9 شاخص مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. به‌منظور تایید روایی، هریک از شاخص‌های موردنظر با دیگر مقالات مطابقت داده شد و در هر مورد اختلاف مورد بررسی و بازبینی مجدد قرار گرفت، جهت بررسی پایایی نیز، تعداد 13 مقاله در اختیار خبرگان دانشگاهی قرار داده شد و نتایج و طبقه‌بندی‌های آنان با تحلیل‌های صورت گرفته مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که بیشترین مقالات، توسط استادان و دانشجویان با مدرک مدیریت دولتی چاپ شده است. موضوع محوری بیشتر مقالات، رفتار سازمانی، مدیریت تشکیلات، سیستم‌ها و روش‌ها در بخش دولتی و مدیریت منابع انسانی بوده است. همچنین براساس نتایج پژوهش، بیشتر پژوهش‌ها به صورت کاربردی و دارای رویکرد کیفی بوده‌اند. روش تحلیل بیشتر مقالات مورد بررسی، ترکیبی از روش‌های کمی و کیفی بوده و شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها بیشتر از طریق پرسشنامه بوده است.

Content Analysis of the Research of the Journal Of Public Organizations Management

This article reviews the research of the Journal of Public Organizations Management from a methodological perspective. In terms of purpose, this research is applied and in terms of method, it is qualitative and based on content analysis. The statistical population of this research is all articles in the Journal of public organizations management that were conducted and published from 2012 to 2020. Sampling was done on the basis of the census method. In this study, 262 articles were reviewed based on 9 indicators. In order to confirm the validity, each of the indicators was matched with the other articles and in each case, the differences were reviewed and reexamined. To evaluate the reliability, 13 articles were given to academic experts and their results and classifications were compared with the analyzes performed. The results showed that most of the articles were published by professors and students with a degree in public management. The central themes of most articles have been organizational behavior, management of public organizations, systems and methods, and human resource management in the public sector. Also, based on the research results, most studies have been applied with a qualitative approach. The method analysis of most of the articles was a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods and the majority of data collection was done through questionnaires.
