چکیده
|
مطالعات متعددی درباره بیمه زندگی با رویکردهای مختلف صورت گرفته است، اما کم‌تر به جنبه‌های روش‌شناسی آن از منظر شناختی توجه شده است. این تحقیق سعی دارد روش تحقیقی پیشنهادی، مبتنی بر شناخت وجوه مختلف موضوع بیمه زندگی، ارائه کند. یافته‌های این تحقیق، مبتنی بر مطالعات تجربی و نظری، روش‌شناسی ترکیبی را با محوریت تحلیل‌های نهادی، شناختی و طراحی مکانیسم برای تبیین و تحلیل بیمه زندگی ارائه می‌‌کند. بر اساس روش‌شناسی پیشنهادی، راهبردهای ارائه‌شده مبتنی بر تحلیل‌های شناختی شامل نوعی بازطراحی روش‌ها، ساختارها و اهداف راهبردی ـ عملیاتی خواهد بود.

Abstract
|
There are numerous studies on life insurance using different approaches; however, less attention has been paid to the methodological aspects of the issue from a cognitive point of view. This study is an effort to present a research method based on the recognition of different dimensions related to the issue of life insurance. The findings of this research based on theoretical and empirical studies, offer a combined methodology emphasized on institutional and cognitive analyses as well as designing a mechanism to clarify and analyze the issue of life insurance. According to the suggested methodology in this study, the presented strategies, based on cognitive analyses, consist of redesigning of methods, structures, and the strategicoperational objectives.
