طراحی، ارزیابی و بهینه‌سازی یک مکانیزم اعتمادساز برای توسعه اقامت اشتراکی در ایران

یکی از راه‌حل‌های فراهم نمودن بستر استفاده طبقات کم‌درآمد جامعه از مواهب گردشگری، توسعه اقامت اشتراکی و پلتفرم‌های آنلاینِ اشتراک‌گذاری‌ محل ‌اقامت است. اقامت اشتراکی یکی از مهم‌ترین گونه‌های اقتصاد اشتراکی است که در ایران پدیده‌ای نوظهور به‌شمار می‌‌آید. عنصر اساسی رشد و پایداری پلتفرم‌های اقامت اشتراکی، «اعتماد» است. امروزه پلتفرم‌های ‌اشتراک‌گذاری محل اقامت (و بطورکلی پلتفرم‌های اقتصاد اشتراکی)، سازوکارهایی را برای غلبه بر مشکلات اعتماد ارائه می‌دهند که به‌عنوان «مکانیزم‌های اعتمادساز» شناخته می‌شوند. این مکانیزم‌ها به عنوان راه‌حلی از نظریه طراحی مکانیزم برای رفع مشکلات اعتماد و غلبه بر عدم تقارن اطلاعاتی بین طرفین بازار است. هدف از این پژوهش، استفاده از نظریه بازی و نظریه طراحی مکانیزم به‌منظور طراحی، ارزیابی و بهینه‌سازی مکانیزم اعتماد‌ساز جدیدی در پلتفرم‌های اقامت اشتراکی ایران است. در این راستا بعد از طراحی و ارزیابی یک مکانیزم اعتمادساز، مکانیزم پیشنهادی با استفاده از راه‌حل‌های پارتو تحلیلی که بر اساس مدل‌های چانه‌زنی طراحی شده است، بهینه‌سازی می‌شود. در این روش به‌منظور بهینه‌سازی عایدی شرکت‌کنندگان در مکانیزمِ طراحی شده توسط نظریه طراحی مکانیزم، وضعیت بهینه مکانیزمِ پیشنهادی در شرایطی‌که امکان مذاکره و چانه‌زنی فراهم باشد، با استفاده از دو روش «طرح داوری ﻧﺶ» و «راه‌حل کلی-اسمردینسکای» شناسایی می‌شود.

designing, evaluating and optimizing a trust-building mechanism for the development of the sharing accommodation in iran

one of the solutions to provide conditions for the low-income groups to use the benefits of tourism is the development of sharing accommodation and online sharing accommodation platforms. sharing accommodation is one of the most important types of sharing economy, which is an emerging phenomenon in iran. the essential element of the growth and sustainability of sharing accommodation is trust. nowadays, online sharing accommodation platforms offer mechanisms to overcome trust problems, which are known as trust-building mechanisms. these mechanisms are a solution of mechanism design theory to solve trust problems and overcome information asymmetry between market parties. the purpose of this research is to use game theory and mechanism design theory to designing, evaluating and optimizing a new trust-building mechanisms in online sharing accommodation platforms in iran. in this regard, after designing and evaluating a trust-building mechanism, the proposed mechanism is optimized using pareto analytical solutions designed based on bargaining models. in this method, in order to optimize the income of participants in the mechanism designed by mechanism design theory, the optimal state of the proposed mechanism under conditions where negotiation and bargaining are possible is identified using two methods: nash arbitration scheme and kalai-smorodinsky solution.
