سنجش و رتبه بندی مناطق کلانشهر اهواز در زمینۀ تناسب با شاخص های رشد هوشمند شهری

افزایش لجام گسیخته جمعیت شهرها، به ویژه میل به شهرنشینی در کلان شهرهای کشورهای در حال توسعه، موجب رشد بی برنامه و ناموزون شهرها شده است؛ و عوارض منفی کتعددی را برای آنها به بار آورده است. لذا، امروزه راهبرد «رشد هوشمند» به عنوان الگویی نوین و جامع نگر از برنامه ریزی شهری در سطح جهان، در راستای حل معضل رشد پراکندۀ شهری ناشی از شهرنشینی بی مهابا مطرح شده است. کلانشهر اهواز نیز که همواره در سالیان اخیر از عواقب چنین رشدی در رنج بوده است، قاعدتاً نمی تواند از این الگو مستثنی باشد. لذا این پژوهش به سبب اهمیت موضوع، به هدف سنجش و رتبه بندی مناطق کلانشهر اهواز در زمینۀ تناسب با شاخص های رشد هوشمند شهری به تحقیق پرداخت. نوع پژوهش کاربردی بوده که با روشی توصیفی- تحلیلی مبتنی بر مطالعات اسنادی و مشاهدات میدانی انجام یافته است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش مناطق 8 گانۀ کلانشهر اهواز بوده که در نتیجۀ مطالعات اسنادی، 81 شاخص در چارچوب 4 معیار کالبدی- کاربری اراضی، اجتماعی- اقتصادی، دسترسی- حمل و نقل و زیست محیطی انتخاب گردید و داده ها با استفاده از منابع موجود استخراج گردیدند. سپس داده ها با استفاده از تلفیق روش وزن دهی آنتروپی شانون و تکنیک elektre مورد تجزیه و تحلیل واقع گردیدند. بر مبنای نتایج پژوهش، بین مناطق کلانشهر اهواز در زمینۀ تناسب با شاخص های رشد هوشمند شهری، تفاوت قابل توجهی وجود دارد؛ و در این زمینه، منطقۀ 5 کلانشهر اهواز تناسب ضعیفی با رشد هوشمند شهری دارد، لذا در مقایسه با سایر مناطق این کلانشهر شایستۀ توجۀ جدی تری می باشد. در انتها نیز بر اساس یافته های تحقیق، راهکارهایی پیشنهاد گردید.

assessing and ranking ahwaz metropolitan regions in compliance with smart urban growth indicators

the unbridled increase in the population of cities, especially the desire for urbanization in the megacities of developing countries, has caused the unplanned and unbalanced growth of cities; and it has caused many negative consequences for them. so, now, smart growth strategy is proposed as a new and comprehensive pattern of urban planning in the world to solve the problem of sprawl urban growth due to relentless urbanization. ahvaz metropolis that has always suffered from the consequences of such growth in recent years, cannot be an exception to this pattern. due to the importance of the subject, this study aimed to assess and rank the metropolitan regions of ahvaz in terms of compliance with smart urban growth indicators. the statistical population of the descriptive-analytical study was ahvaz metropolitan regions. as a result of documentary studies, 82 indicators were selected within the framework of 4 physical criteria (land use, socio-economic condition, access and transportation, and environment) and the data were extracted using available sources. the data were then analyzed using a combination of shannon entropy weighting method and elektre technique. the results showed that there is a significant difference among ahwaz metropolitan regions in terms of appropriateness to smart urban growth indicators. in this regard, district 5 of ahvaz metropolis has poor conditions, so it needs more serious attention.
