چالش‌های محیط زیست هوشمند در کلانشهر مشهد با استفاده از مدل dpsir

پژوهش حاضر سعی دارد نقش عوامل موثر در پیاده سازی محیط زیست هوشمند در کلانشهر مشهد را در سه بخش میزان تاثیرگذاری در صورت وقوع، احتمال وقوع گزینه در آینده و تشریح وضعیت موجود بررسی کند. روش پژوهش با استفاده از روش ترکیبی چند جانبه و با گردآوری اطلاعات اسنادی و ابزار پرسشنامه و مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته انجام گرفته است و مبنای تحلیل براساس اجزای مدل dpsir بوده است. مشارکت کنندگان در این پژوهش شامل 30 نفر از خبرگان در بخش کمی و 9 نفر از متخصصان در بخش مصاحبه های کیفی که با روش گلوله برفی انتخاب شده اند، بوده است. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده آزمون  t-testدر نرم افزار spssمورد تجریه و تحلیل واقع شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که میزان تاثیرگذاری در صورت وقوع به غیر از بعد مدیریت پسماند در سایر ابعاد شامل مدیریت آب، مدیریت یکپارچه زیست محیطی، زیبا سازی شهری، فرهنگ و هویت، ساختمان هوشمند، مدیریت فاضلاب و توسعه برق سبز بالا بوده است و در احتمال وقوع آینده، گزینه بعد فرهنگ و هویت وضعیت نسبتا مطلوبی را نسبت به سایر ابعاد به خود اختصاص داده است. در تشریح وضعیت موجود شاهد وضعیت نامطلوب محیط زیست هوشمند در کلانشهر مشهد هستیم. در این پژوهش همچنین راهکارهای پیشنهادی جهت رسیدن به وضعیت مطلوب پیشنهاد گردیده است.

challenges of smart environment in mashhad metropolis using dpsir model

this study tried to investigate the role of factors involved in the implementation of a smart environment in the metropolis of mashhad in three parts: the degree of impact in case of occurrence, the probability of occurrence of an option in the future, and the status quo. multidimensional mixed method was used. the data was collected using documents, questionnaires, and semistructured interviews. the analytical foundation was based on the components of the dpsir model.  participants in this study included 30 experts in the quantitative section and 9 experts in the qualitative interviews section who were selected by the snowball sampling method.  the collected data were analyzed using a ttest in spss software. the results show that except for waste management, in other dimensions including water management, environmental integrated management, urban beautification, culture and identity, smart building, wastewater management, and development of green electricity, the degree of impact in case of occurrence was high and in the probability of future occurrence, culture and identity have a relatively favorable situation compared to other dimensions.  in describing the current situation, the unfavorable situation of the smart environment in the metropolis of mashhad was observed. suggestions for improving the current situation were also provided in the current research.
