مدیریت اقلیمی فضاهای باز محلات شهری از طریق کنترل تناسبات پوسته‌ای

عدم توجه معماری و شهرسازی معاصر به محیط زیست و سازگاری با اقلیم منطقه، مشکلات زیست محیطی فراوانی به همراه داشته است. هدف این پژوهش در راستای حل بخشی از مسئله، دستیابی به تناسبات حاکم بر پوسته‌های فضای باز محلات شهری است که ویژگی‌های منحصر به فردی در راستای همسازی با اقلیم منطقه خود دارند. بافت قدیم شهر یزد از بهترین الگوهای معماری همساز با اقلیم گرم و خشک ایران است که آموزه‌های آن می‌تواند دستورالعمل‌های مناسبی جهت معماری و شهرسازی معاصر به طراحان دهد. لذا سه محله از بافت تاریخی شهر یزد به عنوان نمونه‌های پژوهش انتخاب شدند. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و روش شناسی آن توصیفیتحلیلی است که به روش کتابخانه‌ای و برداشت میدانی انجام گرفته است. شیوه تحقیق و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها ترکیبی از دو روش کیفی و کمی بوده، که ابتدا ویژگی‌های هندسی پوسته‌های 143 پلاک از گذرها، ورودی‌ها و میدان‌های اصلی محلات برداشت شده و مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار گرفتند و با مقایسه و تحلیل نتایج آن، تناسبات پوسته‌ها در این اقلیم، بدست آمدند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که متوسط ارتفاع و متوسط عرض پوسته میدان‌ها بیشتر از گذرها و ورودی‌ها، نسبت ارتفاع به عرض پوسته میدان‌ها 1 به 5/7 و در گذرها 1 به 39 ، عرض پوسته میدان‌ها حدود 6 برابر و در گذر 39 برابر ارتفاع می‌باشد. یافته‌ها حاکی از وجود نسبت‌ها و روابطی در پوسته‌ها است که تحت تاثیر ویژگی‌های اقلیمی منطقه گرم و خشک ایران قرار دارند و می‌توان آنها را در فضاهای باز محلات شهری مدیریت کرد.

climatic management of open spaces in urban areas by controlling skin proportions

lack of attention of contemporary architecture and urban planning to the region’s climate has caused many environmental problems. the purpose of this study was achieving the proportions governing the open space skins of urban areas that have unique characteristics in order to adapt to the climate of their region. since more than 3.4 of iran have arid climate, this study focused the issue. the old texture of yazd is one of the best architectural models compatible with the arid climate of iran, whose subtleties can give suitable instructions for contemporary architecture and urban designing. so, three areas of the historical context of yazd were selected as case studies. this applied and descriptiveanalytical research was carried out by the use of library resources and field survey. the method of research and analysis of data is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. first, the geometric properties of 143 plot skins were studied, by comparing and analyzing the results, proportions were obtained. the results showed that the average height of the skins in the squares was more than that in the passages and entrances; this ratio is 1.22 for the entrances and 1.35 for the passages. the average width of the skins is greater in the squares, followed by the passages and entrances, with ratios of about 2.3 and 12, respectively. the ratio of height to skin width is 1 to 5.7 in the squares and 1 to 39 in passages, skin width is about 6 times in the squares and 39 times in passages. the results showed the existence of ratios and relationships in skins that are affected by the climatic characteristics of the arid region of iran and can be managed in open spaces of urban areas.
