In this research, the impact of the instruction of phenotypic speciliaties with the activities pertinent to 5e-teaching model based on constructivist approach, to success,attitude and persistency has been investigated. 212 students in 4 secondary schools in kocaeli at 2012-2013 school year autumn term constitute the sample of the research.experimental model with preliminary test-final test control group was used in the research. achievement test and attitude to science scale were applied. the datas were analyzed with single grup t-test and paired group t-test. according to the findings; it was observed that the teaching lesson based on 5e-teaching model increased the academic successes and the persistency levels of the phenotypic speciliaties of the students and it was observed and the students in experimental group has more possitive attitude in terms of the attitude.
