   Developing a Practice Teaching Course Attitude Scale for Supervising Teachers’

چکیده    The purpose of this study is to develop a valid and reliable scale for assessing attitudes towards practice teaching course for supervising teachers who work in primary schools. the proposed scale composed of 59 items which were administered to 334 teachers who work in primary schools in the centre of bayburt province. the principal component analysis with varimax rotation was used to obtain evidence for validity of the scale. principal component analysis produced a five-factor solution which consisted of 27 items. five factors were named as follows: a) willingness, b) communication, c) evaluation, d) professional competence and e) necessity. evidence for validity of the item, item test correlation of the scale and item analysis of the mean differences between upper and lower groups were computed. it was observed that item-test correlation of the scale changed between 0,35-0,79. in addition, cronbach’s alpha internal consistency coefficient (0.86) was computed to assess the reliability of the scale.
