   Recycling Knowledge, Behaviors, and Attitudes of Primary School Students

چکیده    The purpose of this study is to determine recycling knowledge and behavior of primary school students. the research can be identified as a descriptive field study and handling of the study fits to screening model. the study group consists of the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade primary school students in ankara. data collection is conducted with questionnaire developed by the researchers. the data obtained were analyzed using content analysis. as a result of the study, it can be concluded that teachers have a distinctive role in understanding the recycling process; students are knowledgeable about recycling process; and paper is the most used recycling material by the students among the other materials. in addition to this, it is identified that social activities have the potential of improving the recycling behavior of students and motivating them to use recycling products.
