   The Relationships between Organizational Culture, Psychological Empowerment and Organizational Commitment

چکیده    This study was conducted to investigate the relationships between organizational culture, psychological empowerment and organizational commitment according to the perceptions of teachers. the sample of the research consisted of 331 teachers working in primary school, secondary school and high school in manavgat district of antalya province in 2016-2017 education year. in the research,; data were collected with organizational culture scale, psychological empowerment scale and organizational commitment scale. in determining the perceptions of teachers about organizational culture, psychological empowerment and organizational commitment, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis were used. according to the results; the teachers who participated in the research had the highest perception in task culture in their schools and the lowest in bureaucratic culture. the highest perception of psychological empowerment was in the meaning dimension, and the lowest perception was in the impact dimension. in the sub-dimensions of organizational commitment, affective commitment was the highest and continuance was the lowest. when the relationships between the sub-dimensions of the scales were examined, the highest correlation was found between normative commitment and success culture. it was seen that the linear combination of organizational cultures and psychological empowerment significantly predicted teachers' affective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment.
