   Lead II Acetat Residue Level of Freshwater Mussle (Unio crassus) Sampled from Aras River (Erzurum) by Empirical Model

چکیده    This study aims to investiage the level of lead accumulation lead ii acetate on unio crassus. for this purpose, u. crassus taken from aras river are stocked in polyethylene 3 groups containing 8 mussels in each tank. at the end of acclimation process, first tank was control group and not chemical application, second tank 0.05 gl^-1 of lead ii acetate and third tank 0,1 gl^-1 of lead ii acetate are applied during 21 days. at the end of essay, the quantity of lead accumulation in each u. crassus is measured by icp-ms. the lowest and highest lead ii acetate accumulation level on samples are measured 0.013±0.00 mg kg^-1 and 0.119±0.01 mg kg^-1 in the control group, respectively. the lowest and highest lead ii acetate accumulation level 0.564±0.01 mg kg^-1 and 1.811±0.01 mg kg^-1 in the second group, respectively. the lowest and highest lead ii acetate accumulation level 0.439±0.02 mg kg^-1 and 5.217±0.05 mg kg^-1 in the third group, respectively. at the end of essay, u. crassus samples no death was observed. it is appointed that u. crassus can be used as an indicator mussel in fresh water due to the fact that it is sensitive to heavy metal pollution.
