Nevşehir-Urgup Şahin Efendi Vıllage Mosque

In this study, the transept altar upright nevsehir/urgup/saber master of the village mosque will be presented. there has not been any research on this subject before. the mosque plan, material and decoration are examined in detail, and the importance of the mosque both in its own region as well as its place in the anatolian turkish architecture have been studied. the mosque, built in the 19th century, is important as an example of the transept altar of it, erect in a provincial implementation.
