   A Comparative Theoretical Framework Analysis on the Music Course 2006 Teaching Program in Primary Education and 2018 Teaching Program in Primary and Secondary Education

چکیده    It is generally accepted that constructivist learning approach, gaining importance in education, provides effective and permanent learning by several education experts. music course teaching program in primary education (grades 1 to 8) has been reconstructed. the constructivist learning approach and the multiple intelligence theory, supporting student oriented learning, have been the source theories of music course 2006 teaching program in primary education. the constructivist learning approach, the applicability of music course 2006 teaching program in primary education prepared basing on some theories and its effects on permanent learning were evaluated by researchers and several opinions and insights were stated. the music course 2006 teaching program in primary education, which had been carried out for 12 years and then was updated by the ministry of education. the revision of the program was completed by the commission and has begun to be carried out in the curriculum of music course as 2018 teaching program in primary education (grade 1 to 8). in this study, these two programs have been compared by considering several aspects and analyzing and discussing them from theoretical point of view. as a result, it has been understood that the music course 2018 teaching program in primary education which is based on learning approaches and theories that are mainly used in the music course 2006 teaching program in primary education has been arranged by updating the curriculum within the axis of learning fields, acquirements and expressions; new acquirements has been added, some acquirements has been changed and some of them have been removed from the program, and it has been determined that the previous curriculum has not included enough activity samples related to acquirements and learning field of “listening – singing – playing” has been changed to “listening – singing”.
