چکیده
|
In 1938-1960 period, in which republic of turkey worked ambitiously with the aim of reaching the targets shown by ataturk, important developments took place and the foundation of librarianship was laid. in present study, acceleration of modern librarianship, which led the way for struggle with ignorance and public enlightenment in our country roots of which are dated to old times, village institutes and public houses, start up of university equivalent education for the first time, vocational organizations, foreign expert reports and other publications were handled in detail.
