Relations Between Personality and Job Satisfaction: A Research in Banking Sector

In this paper, relations between personality and job satisfaction are discussed. relations are focused on which personality components? is tried to be answered. hypothesis are analysed according to the inputs gained from 200 workers belong to banking sector. according to the analysis it is found out that there are limited relations between some components of personality and job satisfaction. according to the results contribution of the research to the organizational theory is discussed and suggestions for following researches are given.
