   The Impact of Visionary Leadership Behaviors on Employees’ Organizational Commitment and Justice Perception

چکیده    The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of visionary leadership behaviors on employees’ organizational commitment and justice perception. fort his purpose , a field study with banking sector employers in erzurum was conducted. data gathered by conducting a survey from 171 employees working in different banks were analyzed by using correlational and regressional analysis methods. according to the analysis findings, there is a positive and meaningful relationhip between visionary leadership, organizational commitment and justice perception. these findings manifest the importance of visionary leadership on organizational commitment and justice perception.
