Suggestions for Mountain and Winter Sports Tourisms within the Scope of Alternative Tourism Kahramanmaraş Province Yedikuyular District

Significant changes have been started to be observed in tourism sector all around the world depending on economic, social, political and technological improvements. in the past, tourism activities usually took place in summer months in certain areas where sea- sand- sun triangle exist. accordingly, alternative tourism activities such as living in habitat, recognition of rural cultures, communicating with local people, accommodation in facilities which are adaptable to natural environment, buying the food and beverage activities called as eco-tourism, sustainable tourism, rural tourism, tableland tourism, agro tourism is mountain and winter tourism. in this study, whether kahramanmaraş province yedikuyular region has winter tourism potential, if so, which sources and how they will be utilized and as a result of this, in what way employment and income will be directed in kahramanmaraş economy will be introduced in this study. the field research conducted in the region and carried winter tourism potential of the region as a result of the literature and it is believed that kahramanmaraş will be an important winter tourism destination with the necessary superstructure sub-investment is observed.
