چکیده
|
The innovation is a competitive tool that has a strategic importance in global market conditions. companies which compete in global market not only develop new products in order to meet consumers’ needs but also try to bring innovation to the process and marketing activities. moving from the importance of innovation in terms of companies’ competition, in this study, innovation activities of companies which do business in manufacturing sector in the region of tra1 level 2 oiz (organızed industrial zone) have been examined. types of innovation which is implemented by companies, reasons that why companies do innovation and innovation sources have been tried to determine in this research. moreover, another aim of this research is to demonstrate the sources of innovation differed according to whether the company size and any differences between innovative practices according to the companies’ units. it has been revealed that in this research, innovation sources might be differ according to company size and innovative practices can also be differ in accordance with the units that companies have.
