چکیده
|
The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of organizational and environmental factors on organizational innovation. in this context, the research questions were determined according to theoretical discussions and previous empirical study findings. in the implementation section the data from the survey conducted on 993 smes in turkey by using relevant statistical methods. consequently, it is found that there is a significant impact of organizational and environmental factors on organizational innovation. thus, the hypothesis of the study is supported as it was expected.
