E-Municipality Efficiency Measurement Using Data Envelopment Analysis in the Districts of Turkish Metropolitans

Municipalities can establish and develop closer, more effective relationships depended on mutual benefits with their target groups through electronic communication. thus, they overcome the burdens of bureaucracy. the aim of this study is to examine the achievements of e- municipality services in town (district) municipalities within the context of metropolis municipality, by using data collecting analysis measurements, and find out the source of problems either stem from the administrative activities or outside factors. the effectiveness of metropolis was analyzed in terms of online functioning for this purpose by examening the web-sites of 519 town municipalities in 2014 within 30 metropolis municipality existed by the law numbered 6360. the input and output data is described in percentage form in order to present meaningful datum.
