The Modal Proposal and Its Appearence in Practice Inclined to Violoncello Teaching for Tradational Turkish Music Orient (Case of Huseyni Maqam)

Abstract: the purpose of this research is to develop a teaching model using constructive approach inclined to improve violoncello student’s abilities on playing basic ornament techniques using in traditional turkish folksong and komas. the group of this research is 5 students from gazi university gazi faculty of education department of fine arts education, department of music education. in this research, not only descriptive but also experimental methods were used. in this way, quantitative and qualitative data were collected one by one, analysed and the data was gathered at the end. it was developed through the substructure in accordance with the information which is obtained from literature and survey results for preparing exercises using in empirical dimension of the research. it was also developed through the scale in accordance with the experts’ views for obtaining pre-test and post-test data in the empirical phase. in the empiric part of the research, one group pretest-finaltest figure is used. after the empiric process that practised according to prepared education model for five weeks, the differences between pretest and finaltest are compared. obtained data is analyzed by using “wilcoxon signed rank test” and “kruskal wallis one way variance analysis”. in the conclusion of the research, it is observed by after the weekly evaluations of five weeks education process. in the skill of playing koma notes by workgroup students is significantly better than before. it is understood that, there is significantly positive difference between the points of pretest and finaltest after the empiric part of the research.
