Application of Analytic Hierachy Process in a Company Providing Car via Rental

At present, variety of the number of alternatives enforces decision making to be essential in any area of business. enterprises employ several techniques to make a decision. in the case of facing with more than one criteria, ahp is used as a means of decision making among several alternatives. the decision is attributed to a group decision. presented study handles a three-step problem of an enterprise in the framework of group decision. for the studied company, decision on operational fleet leasing company and selection on leased car have been evaluated from the point of view of owners’ technique utilized by company and ahp. the results of two techniques were compared with each other and suggestions were given to the company.
