   An Investigation on the New Roles of Classroom Teachers in Maintaining Effective Classroom Management in Terms of Quantitative Method

چکیده    This research was conducted in order to determine the new roles of classroom teachers in maintaining effective classroom management. survey was developed by the researcher and applied to the classroom teachers and education inspectors; in-class observation form was used for classroom teacher candidates in the research in order to collect quantitative data. the current situation has been defined with the qualitative data obtained from the education inspectors and classroom teachers. the sample of the study is composed of 615 classroom teachers, 41 education inspectors and 86 classroom teacher candidates. frequency, percentage, t-test and pearson correlation analysis have been conducted on the obtained quantitative data. when the results of the research have been examined, it has been observed that the classroom teachers, education inspectors and classroom teacher candidates find the expressions in the measurement tools effective, but classroom teachers experience difficulty in applying these expressions. a significant difference has been found in the effectiveness and application dimensions in favor of female classroom teachers. a significant difference has been found in the application dimension in favor of the classroom teachers who had classroom management course before their service. it has been found that there is a medium-level, negative and significant relationship between the occupational seniority and effective classroom management scores of education inspectors in the effectiveness dimension. it has been found that there is a low-level, negative and significant relationship between the number of students in the classrooms of classroom teachers and their effective classroom management scores in the application dimension.
