چکیده
|
The aim of this study is to determine the role of work family spillover and psychological well-being on the effect of psychological capital on performance. the data is collected from 361 employees. the employees work as academician, doctor, nurse, police or bank employee in tokat. the structural equation model is used to analyze data. according to the results of this study psychological capital of individual affects performance significantly. moreover it is determined that this effect is increased by the effect of positive and negative work-family spillover and psychological well-being. in this study it is thought to make contribution on literature and practitioners.
