   Conflict Management Methods Used by the School Principals According to Perceptions of Teachers

چکیده    In this research, conflict management methods, employed by school directors in terms of their personal occupational variables, communication skills, organizational environmental methods, according to teacher sensing are tried to be determined. research data is gathered from the mainstream schools in trabzon, in 2011-2012 academic years. school director’s conflict strategies scale developed by şahin (2007) and interpersonal communication scale developed by halpin and croft, translated into turkish by the name of determining organizational climate scale developed by yalçınkaya (2000). collected data was entered to the spss 15.0 computer software and needed statistics analysis was made. in this research correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used as statistical method. turkey hoch test is used to find out the significance of the analysis. as a result one of the conflict management methods, accommodation, employed by school directors, is sensed by teachers according to the seniority of the teacher in his school.
