In this study, the process of constitution making, the pursuits of constitution in turkey and the basic principles of constitutional orders are examined, if the efforts of “a new constitution,” carried out by parliament, will not be completed, the suggestions of how to meet the demands on the constitutional renewal have been presented in this study.
