   A Study on Customers’ Attitudes and Feelings Towards Cargo Firms’ Services

چکیده    The developments in today markets make difficut to provide competitive advantage. firms develop new strategies to provide competitive advantage in similar products and services. one of the strategies is heading customer satisfaction. in this study, it is tried to determine customers’ attitudes and feelings towards cargo firms’ services. moreover it is aimed to define problems that customers meet while they send cargo and offer towards to solve these problems. the population of the research was composed customers that buy cargo service from cargo firms in erzurum. a quastionnaire was applied to 400 customers. according to the results customers think that cargo firms’ personnel resolve problems in time, meet the customers likely, have adequate experience and additionally the firm deliver goods scatheless. the problem that respondents mostly meet while they send the cargo is delaying
