   Analysis of the Problems Faced in Multigrade Class Learning-Teaching Process

چکیده    This research employs qualitative research method to analyze the problems faced in multigrade class learning-teaching process, and a purposive sample is established in order to make an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem. it was aimed to represent the entire turkey so as to analyze the causes of the problem in depth and to create the purposive sample. 31 teachers working at multigrade classes in different cities during the 2012-2013 education year seminar period were interviewed as participants. the study reveals problems caused by the multigrade class structure, curriculum and environment. the findings show that all the participant teachers were experiencing a time problem. environmental problems are more commonly seen in the eastern and southeastern anatolia regions. teachers stated that students who study individualization at teaching tend towards more undesired student behaviors since they get bored in a short time period. all participant teachers suggested a unique curriculum for multigrade classes
