   INVESTIGATION OF MANAGER OPINIONS ABOUT TRANSITION TO FULL DAY EDUCATION

چکیده    The purpose of this study is to determine some problems to be caused by transition from dual education to full-day education by comparing the positive and negative aspects of dual and full-day education systems, and to provide the authorities with data on the elimination of these problems. as a research design, it is preferred to choose an case study model. a case study is a comprehensive study that examines a current situation and event in detail. the fact that the transition to full-time education is a current situation has influenced the use of this method. the sampling of the research is determined by using the easy-to-attain situation sampling method. the sample group consists of the students who are subject to postgraduate education in the educational sciences institute of fırat university in 2016-2017 academic year. the sample group also serve as the administrator of the primary and secondary schools in the city center of elazığ. the results obtained indicate that the participants consider full-day education as a more useful system compared to dual education. according to the views of the participants, some problems were identified in the transition to the new system. the decrease in the number of classrooms along with the initiation of the system and therefore the increase in the number of students per classroom are the most important obstacles. this will only be possible with the establishment of sufficient buildings and classrooms.
