   INTERACTION WITH MEAL SERVICE PROVIDED BY ORGANIZATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL IDENTIFICATION: COMPARISON OF SAMPLES KOSOVO AND TURKEY

چکیده    This study aims to determine the effect of perceived quality of meal service provided by organization on organizational identification. in this process with the data collected from private security sector workers in kosovo (n=101) and in turkey (n=190), it has been attempted to determine the role of cultural differences. the analysis has been determined that the perceived quality of meal service provided by organization is a motivation enhancing element for employees and this affects organizational identification of employees’ in a positive and significant way. furthermore, by examining the outcomes of two samples, it is observed that cultural differences have an effect on the intensity of the relation of variables.
