چکیده
|
This paper investigates the relationship between ownership concentration and financial performance in banking sector which is known to be the most institutive sector in turkey. through years of 2008 and 2014, the existence of relationship between share in capital of the biggest partner, free float rates and return on assets, return of equity, total credits/total assets and tobin-q ratios are examined via panel data analysis for eleven commercial banks. the results revealed only a significant negative relationship between the share in capital of biggest shareholder and return on assets.
